Women’s Ministry is a place where you are valued as a unique child of God, encouraged toward greater intimacy with Jesus, and challenged to explore your purpose in the body of Christ.
Our mission is to love, encourage, and lead women in deepening their relationship with Jesus by connecting with each other and studying the Word of God together.
We are a community of women seeking to find our spiritual niche in this world and believe it is best accomplished together. In Women’s Ministries, we want every woman, whether through a Bible Study, retreat, or small group, to find a place to connect and grow in Christ.
OUR MISSION
EVENTS & STUDIES
Our events are designed to equip women further as Christ-followers by addressing the issues women face. Inspirational speakers and great food are the norms, and you will come away blessed. Our Bible studies offer this setting.
We typically have quarterly women’s events, mom & child play groups during the summer, and numerous other events scattered throughout the year to maintain and grow relationships with other women.
Summer bible study
This Summer, there will be a few Thursday morning Bible Studies for Women. The first will be on June 19th from
9:30 - 11:30 in the Studio. We’ll be studying Psalm 90 together. Childcare will be provided by LCC Students with donation towards youth summer scholarships.
LCC Reads Matthew- A Summer Study for Men and Women
Join us this summer for a joint study of Matthew. Maybe your Small Group isn’t meeting over the summer, maybe you are traveling too much to commit to another group. Whatever the reason, we’d love for you to join us!
We are keeping things short, simple, and informal this summer. As we dive into the book of Matthew, people are welcome to gather at 6:30pm for fellowship and prayer. The Study will start promptly at 7pm and last an hour. Each week we will focus on the same 5 questions, discussing a passage with table groups, and end by sharing our take-aways.
We would love for you to join us on ANY of these weeks. And if you plan to come to even a single night, go ahead and register. Any day is a great day to engage is conversations that bring us closer to the Lord!
