Meet our Church Team!
Senior Pastor Tim Giannosa
Tim Giannosa comes to us from Big Valley Grace Church in Modesto, California. He has served Big Valley and several other churches as a youth, family, teaching, and small groups pastor. He is married to Kris, an elementary teacher, and they have two amazing boys; Tim, an Engineering major at Grand Canyon University and Daniel, a Sophomore History major at Portland State University. He and Kris have been married and in ministry for the past 24 years. Tim loves to spend time sharing a cup of coffee and conversation about the amazing, life changing love of Jesus. His hope as a pastor is to see each follower of Christ living a fully devoted life and loving God and others. He also enjoys coaching football, watching his boys live out their dreams, spending time with his wife, and being outside as much as possible.

Discipleship and Local Outreach Pastor Doug Hodges
My wife Elise and I have been married for nearly seven years and have recently expanded our family with the addition of our son Ezra last June. We are both born and raised in California where we met, got married and felt our first call toward ministry. While in California we felt like God was moving us toward ministry and both found many ministries to become involved with. After serving in lay ministry for a couple of years we were encouraged to pursue formal theological training.
With the encouragement of our church we moved to Trinity Florida where I attended Trinity College of Florida and received my bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological studies and Church Ministry. We then moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to continue my training at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. I’m currently still working on my Masters of Divinity but have felt that God has been moving our family toward full time ministry. As I have been pursing my theological training my wife has been working in the healthcare industry and has enabled me to pursue and complete my undergraduate training at an accelerated pace.
As I started to learn more about Leesburg Community Church, I became more and more excited about the possibility of partnering with the Church in the work of advancing the Gospel. As I began to talk with staff members I felt like Leesburg’s desire to grow in depth and breadth of knowledge and passion of God, would be a place where I could be used to help spur the church on toward “the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus.”

WOMEN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR AMBER CAMPBELL
Amber's family; husband Mark and 2 young children, Brianne– age 7 at the time and Austin, 4, came through the doors of LCC (Leesburg Community Church) in the fall of 1996. They fell in love with the warm greeting, powerful music during worship, the impactful sermon and knew they had found their church home!
Amber immediately stepped into volunteering in the children’s ministry, which help grew her knowledge and faith, learning more about God. As a child, her grandmother took her and her brother to church on Sundays and vacation bible school in the summer. Because of this, she knew the value of children learning about Jesus. As a preteen, at a youth pizza party, she made the commitment for Jesus to be Lord of my life. Life has never been the same. Amber and Mark's children were raised in this church, and they all became baptized. Today, Brianne is married to our son-in-love Brad, and they have an adorable son, Andrew. Amber have loved serving in many areas (women’s ministry, church board, youth pastor search team & events).
So this brings Amber to a new chapter that Jesus has stirred up– Women’s Ministry Director. She loves celebrating, mentoring and encouraging women in their daily lives and walk with God. She is excited to see all that lies ahead in a supportive, vibrant, powerful women’s ministry– that the women can love on each other, encourage each other and discover God’s truth & promises together.
