What is Women of Grace Prayer Partners?

The purpose of Women of Grace Prayer Partner ministry is to unite and develop authentic relationships among women of Leesburg Community Church (LCC) through friendship and prayer. The Women of Grace Prayer Partner Ministry will assist women in finding another woman to pray and fellowship with on a regular basis. If you are interested in finding encouragement and accountability through friendship and prayer with another woman, please consider joining Women of Grace Prayer Partners.

Can I have more than one prayer partner?

Yes, you may have more than one. 

What do prayer partners do?

They meet on a regular basis to talk, share, encourage one another,
pray with and pray for each other.

How do I become involved?

Each woman of LCC is encouraged to become a Prayer Partner to another woman. You may choose your own prayer partner or we will assist you in finding one. Regardless, please complete the attached form and turn into the church office. You can also register online at www.LeesburgCC.org. There is a space on the form which will tell us if you have already chosen a prayer partner and who it is or if you wish us to assist you in finding one. We would like to keep track of all of our Women of Grace Prayer Partners.

What is the time commitment?

Once a prayer partner is chosen, you and your partner will determine what meeting schedule works best for you and where you will meet. Regular contact is recommended but whether that is by phone, email, over coffee or during a walk is determined by you and your partner. In December 2011, you will have the opportunity to keep your prayer partner or get to know another prayer partner.

What is a Mentor Prayer Partner?

You may request a Mentor Prayer Partner, someone who is mature in their faith who will not only serve as a prayer partner but who will help mentor you in your faith.
